We have many years worth of experience delivering Contract Administration services across a wide range of project scales and sectors. Traditional JCT contracts are an excellent way to control complex projects where quality is to be protected or when unknowns need to be controlled and carefully priced. We can assist in the smooth delivery of your project by taking on this role whether we are your project Architect or as a stand alone appointment.

We have been running projects from the briefing and concept stages through Planning & Technical design and supporting Contractors on site over many years. We can provide project management assistance to a client without providing a traditional Architectural Service alongside.

We use BIM integrated tools to generate live assessments of embodied and operational carbon within our developing designs alongside key sustainability metrics such as water use and biodiversity net gain. Where projects require additional technical assistance we are able to bring in trusted partners from the energy and carbon measuring system to provide support and evidence building performance to accreditation bodies.
Our in-house systems allow project performance to be reviewed at early design stages so we can ensure these strategic moves set the project out in the right direction.

Effectively this is a self-contained feasibility study which aims to provide a design approach to optimising a site’s development. It may provide costed options and their evaluation with an integrated appraisal (planning, transport, landscape, ecology, sustainability etc) from external consultants, as required. It will review all known site constraints and highlight watchpoints and considerations for moving forward. The study will be tailored to suit client priorities.
