Living Off Grid - North Devon

Shortly after founding Stone Lane I was asked by a close friend to review a site he had purchased in North Devon, very close to where we grew up together. With the flexibility offered by our new venture we were able to take this project on alongside our developing Commercial, Technical Consultation and Masterplanning appointments. Watch this space for updates as we progress - it’s been wonderful to be able to flex our practice in so many different directions and this one is set to be a stunning project.

Set across 12 acres the existing farm faces south into a steep combe. The multi-generational residence will be entirely off grid and will incorporate on site energy generation, battery storage and high levels of insulation.
